My 1st infused water

Assalamualaikum..

hihi..

well.. penah dgr fruits infused water?? ke aku yg ketinggalan..??
hihi.. dgr cite air ni sgt berkhasiat untuk kesihatan anda..

aku ape lagi dok meng google la benefit nya...
jom aku share...

1.Green tea+mint+lime: fat burning, digestion, headaches,congestion and freshens breath
2. strawberry+kiwi: cardiovascular health, immune system protection, blood sugar regulation, and digestion
3. cucumber+lime+lemon: water weight management, bloating, appetite, control, hydration, and digestion
4. Lemon+lime+orange: digestion, vita C, immune defense, heartburn,(when consumed at room temperature).

-pick your own!!


yang ni yang aku buat... kebetulan ade buah2 ni dalam fringe so.. senang sgt....
potong2 buah.. masuk dlm jug/jar-- masuk air-- simpan dlm peti ais.. 3 jam da boleh minom
nak lagi lame.. biarkan semlman... esok tu minom...
jar ni xbeli pon.. aku memang sayang kalau buang jar mayonis ke.. botol nescafe ke.. basuh simpan... so.. boleh lah gune.. recycle...
